We have used Russ for our Christmas lights for the last 3 seasons. From our very first interaction to our most recent, Russ has been incredibly helpful, kind, respectful and prompt! He listened to what we wanted for our design and put together a great display! Best parts about the service Russ provides is he comes back and checks for and fixes burnt out lights, second best offering is that he STORES the lights for you! You can add on to your display each year if you'd like as well. If we weren't moving out of state I would certainly stay with this service. I hope to find someone as wonderful to work with again! Russell was absolutely great! My wife and I checked with several other companies before a neighbor recommended Russell at Wagner outdoor lighting.
